January 18, 2008: Washita Motel in Canute, OK is for sale. 7 units motel with 2 bedroom living quarters attached. This motel is on original Route 66 in Western Oklahoma. An ongoing oil boom in the area will make for great living by renting rooms weekly. This motel would also be good to renovate for international Route 66 enthusiasts.
