Route 66 Association of Missouri
    Yearly Membership Application Form

    You are invited to join the Route 66 Association of Missouri. Payment of the annual dues entitles a member to a subscription to Show Me Route 66, a membership certificate and identification card, a map of Historic Route 66 in Missouri, and an official window decal. The membership categories are:

    $15 -- Student (w/valid student ID copy)
    $15 -- Mature Adult (over 66)
    $25 -- Individual
    $250 -- Individual Life Membership
    $30 -- Family
    $300 -- Family Life Membership
    $50 -- Business, Association, Club, or Government (Allows use of Association name and logo)
    $35 -- Foreign Individual (Add $20.00 for Air Mail Postage)

    $15 fee for returned checks.
