St. Clair Historical Museum Route 66 Display April 20, 2006

    The St. Clair Historical Museum has a new display featuring Route 66 in Franklin County, Missouri. It features a ten foot map of the highway with approximately 100 different photos, and their locations of business establishments identified on the map. Also featured are original artifacts from the area.


    Available for purchase are original water color paintings and prints of some of the buildings by well known local artist, Nancy Burt. We also have 100 different postcards reproduced from the originals in five limited edition series.

    The St. Clair Historical Museum, 280 Hibbard St., St. Clair, Mo. 63077, is open Saturdays and Sundays, 1-4 p.m. March through December. Admission is free.
