• Full Refund (100%) — if cancellation is received more than 60 days before the event date.

• Partial Refund (50%) — if cancellation is received 31–60 days before the event date.

• No Refund — for cancellations received 30 days or less before the event date.

• Organizer-Initiated Cancellation — if an event must be cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be automatically issued.

• Emergencies — cancellations due to emergencies (such as illness) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing (by email) by the applicable deadline. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
